
Info Lowongan Kerja Sebagai Payment Admin (Jakarta Raya – JAKARTA)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain payment process with customer, merchants, and other parties
- Filing all payment and received dokumen and make monthly summary report to Business Manager
- Submit weekly report of payment received to Business Manager
- Assist salesmen, customer, and merchants on payment issues
- Verify customer and merchant payment to bank
- Handle any cancelled transaction
- Other tasks as requested by Business Manager
Requirements:
- Female with age under 27 years
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 3, any field.
- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferable however fresh graduates/entry level applicants are welcome to apply.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- 1 Full-Time position available.
- Able to work under pressure including long hour.
- Able to operate computer based on Windows 7, MS Excel-Word & Internet.
- Able to communicate in English (oral and written).
- Able to handle administration for sales, finance and general purpose
