  1. Transport Coordinator
    Bekasi (Jawa Barat), Cikarang (Jawa Barat), Jakarta Raya
    Responsibilities:
    • The Transport Coordinator will be responsible to ensure the smooth distribution on day to day activities of the site and to achieve the agreed performance targets as agreed with customer
    Requirements:
    • Minimum Bachelor Degree
    • 6 month-1 years experience in Logistics (Warehouse & Distribution) Operations
    • Have capability to know area jakarta
    • Experiences in Logistics/distribution processes and supporting systems
    • People management skills; ability to work with others and influence them to accomplish objectives
    • Able to work under pressure and work shifly.
    • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
    • Determine and self motivated
  2. It Product Management Supervisor
    Jakarta Raya – Cililitan
    Responsibilities:
    • Develop in house application as the business need
    • First level support of business application that implement at DSC Indonesia
      Requirements:
      • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent.
      • Required skill(s): Active Server Pages (ASP), Visual Basic, PHP, Microsoft SQL Server, Linux, Informix.
      • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
      • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
      • Applicants must be willing to work in Cililitan.
      • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

  3. Customer Service Transport Spv
    Bogor (Jawa Barat), Jakarta Raya
    Responsibilities:
    • Represent good image of the company by mediating between customer enquiry and transport operation capability
    • Handle customer in order to minimize level of customer complaints
    • Improve DHL KPI due to his function in service area
      Requirements:
      • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
      • Required skill(s): microsoft office, good communication skill, have knowledge in transportation management, strong le, Determine, energetic and self motivated Represent good image of the company by.
      • Required language(s): English
      • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
      • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

  4. Billing Spv
    Bogor (Jawa Barat) – Kedung Halang
    Responsibilities:
    • With Job Responsibilities:
    • Manage accurate and on time project billing to ensure fulfillment of agreed billing procedures and timetable with customers
    • Accurate and on time billing to all customers
    • Invoice monitoring
    • Billing arrangement based on each contract’s requirements
    • Ensure completeness of supporting data before issuance of invoices to customers
    • Invoice monitoring and detection of incomplete or inaccurate vendors’ invoices which hold back on time billing to customer
    • Preparation of accurate accrual
      Requirements:
      • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
      • Required skill(s): Analytical Thinking, Good computer skil, Good in administration and financial record.
      • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
      • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
      • Applicants must be willing to work in Kedung Halang.
      • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
