    Requirements:
    • Max age 23 years orld for S1 graduates and max 25 years old for S2 graduates from reputable university, majoring in Architecture, Civil Engineering, IT, Informatics.
    • Minimum GPA : 3,0.
    • Fluency in English is a must.
    • Actively involved in organization/extracurricular activities.
    • Have significant achievements in related areas
    Specialist – CLM Planning
    Jakarta Raya

    Responsibilities:
    • Execute planning and implementation of highly targeted, below-the-line campaigns to drive retention and saves, usage stimulation and
    • monetization within the lifecycle of Mobile data services (MDS) subscriber based on customer insight
    • Identify the best channel & offer mix strategy to ensure the optimum campaign effectiveness based on response rates and ROI
    • Continuous mining & analysis of subscriber data to achieve deeper understanding of customer profiles, behavior and needs.
    • Ensure the alignment of overall MDS services strategies and common goals with customer experience and service agreements
    • Identify optimum adoption/retention of various MDS products from subscriber across various segment through different mechanism and media testing
       
    Requirements:
    • S-1 Marketing/Management – 4 years of experience in the similar field
    • Good knowledge of SQL Scripting, Customer Analytics, Product Portfolio management, Marketing & Promotion
    • Strong analytical thinking
    • Proactive, Creative & Innovative
